Your written or electronically submitted registration is binding. Upon receipt of the full seminar fee, your place in the seminar will be definitively reserved. The seminar fee is to be transferred to our account after receipt of our registration confirmation and no later than 30 days prior to the first seminar day.

If for some reason you are unable to attend the seminar, we ask you to let us know in writing. Here are the conditions for cancellation of your registration: For cancellation up to six weeks prior to the seminar, a handling fee of CHF 50.- / € 30.- will be applied. For later cancellation, there is a fee of CHF 100.- / € 65.- and for cancellations in the last two weeks before the seminar, the entire seminar fee is due. If you find someone to take your place in the seminar, there is no penalty payment due.
